At That's My Blankie we strive to maintain the highest standards of cosmetic quality and service. However, even with the best intentions, things can go wrong.
If you believe you have a reasonable complaint, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org to report the matter. Our policy requires you to return product in its original packaging, for examination. If the product is found to be unsatisfactory as claimed, the product will be replaced, at no cost to the customer, or a refund will be given.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty please contact us immediately at email@example.com to authorise a refund or replacement.
That's My Blankie will not refund for change of mind due to the customisation of the order.
Please bare in mind our colour view system is as close to the actual colours for your item but can slightly be different due to print sometimes. We will not refund if you feel your colour combos don't suit with what you have chosen or you have written an incorrect name. Always happy to help with colour choses if you would like to email me at firstname.lastname@example.org we can discuss suitable colour combos before purchase.
Shipping (Australia Only)
Freight is by Australia Post and payable by the customer. If no one is home to receive the parcel, you will receive a card in your mailbox for pick up from your local post office. Alternatively, you may choose to select a safe place to leave your parcel please leave a short message in the comments box is provided at checkout so you can include any special delivery instructions.

Orders will be dispatched from Brisbane as soon as they been completed- Monday to Friday.
Please allow 4-6 weeks for your order to be delivered from time of purchase.
Once completed email will be sent out , please allow 2-10 business days for standard postage and 1-5 business days with Express postage. Time will vary on location of where parcel is getting sent.
Aus post will supply a track advice email for you to keep tabs on your parcel. Please let me know if you don't receive one and I can send tracking through to you.
Please note by choosing express postage it doesn't speed up the manufacturing time only the postage time.
